The Public Hearing meeting was held on the above referenced dates at the Town Hall, Bloomingdale, NY.

PRESENT:     Supervisor Joyce W. Morency, Water & Sewer Superintendent Bart

                        Crary and Town Clerk Cynthia A. Woodson.

                        No other person attended the Public Hearing.

            Supervisor Morency opened the Public Hearing at 1:00 p.m. on the Community Development block Grant (C.D.B.G.).

            Supervisor Morency stated that she had tried to reach Diane Perley from RCAP Solutions out of Vermont, several times today to get an update and is waiting for a response. She spoke with Victor Putman, Director of the Essex County Community Development and Planning, and he is preparing to move ahead with the application.

            A letter was received from New York State Department of Health from William R. Amberman, P.E., District Director, supporting the need for financing for the Bloomingdale Sewer Project.

            Bart stated that he has talked with Matt of M. J. Raymond Construction. Matt works for Joe Garso. Bart said that Matt measured all five streets for an estimate to do the job. Supervisor Morency asked Bart about how much would it cost. Bart said about $400,000 to do all. Bart talked to Matt about replacing the manhole on Maple St.

            Supervisor Morency closed the Public Hearing at 1:20 p.m.
