PUBLIC HEARING

“Proposed Local Law No. 1 Entitled,

 A Local Law fixing the 2022 salaries of County Officers

who are elected or who are appointed for a fixed term.”

Supervisor Gillilland called this Public Hearing to order at 9:30 A.M., with the following supervisors in attendance: Clayton Barber, Robin DeLoria, Stephanie DeZalia, Shaun Gillilland, Charles Harrington, Roy Holzer, Ken Hughes, Stephen McNally, Jim Monty, Jay Rand, Thomas Scozzafava, Matthew Stanley and Michael Tyler.  Davina Winemiller and Joe Pete Wilson were previously excused.

 

Department heads present were: Judy Garrison, Michael Mascarenas and Dan Palmer. Dan Manning was excused.

 

Also present were: Mark Wright – Supervisor elect, Town of Ticonderoga.

GILLILLAND:  We’ll call this public hearing to order and we’ll start with the reading of the public hearing notice.

 

GARRISON:  Notice of Public Hearing proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2022.

Please take notice that the Essex County Board of Supervisors will hold and conduct a public hearing at the supervisors’ chambers at the Essex County Government Center, 7551 Court Street, Elizabethtown, New York on the 3rd of January, 2022 at 9:30 a.m., on the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2022 entitled “A local law fixing the 2022 salaries of county officers who are elected or who are appointed for a fixed term.”

Please take further notice that at said public hearing to be held at the time and place set forth above, the Essex County Board of Supervisors will consider this proposed local law and hear all persons interested therein concerning the same.
