SOLID WASTE TASK FORCE

Chairman Wilson called this Solid Waste Task Force meeting to order at 12:03 pm with the following members in attendance: Stephanie DeZalia, Derek Doty, Shaun Gillilland, Roy Holzer, Ken Hughes, Tom Scozzafava, Joe Pete Wilson, Davina Winemiller, Dan Palmer, Mike Mascarenas and Jim Dougan. Steve McNally and Ike Tyler were absent.

Also Present: Todd Hodgson, Rob Wick and Dina Garvey.

WILSON: Thank you for coming today, I will call this meeting to order and go into Executive Session to discussion the current Solid Waste Contract and potential legal issues.

THE TASK FORCE ENTERED EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 12:04 PM TO DISCUSS THE SOLID WASTE CONTRACT AND POTENTIAL LEGAL ISSUES.

THE TASK FORCE ADJOURNED EXECUTIVE SESSION AT 1:06 PM AND RE-ENTERED REGULAR SESSION.

WILSON: We will now re-enter regular session.

Anything further to discuss? Being none, we are adjourned.

AS THERE WAS NO FURTHER BUSINESS TO COME BEFORE THIS SOLID WASTE TASK FORCE IT WAS ADJOURNED AT 1:07 PM.
